Executive Assistant Manager

- He/she is responsible for supporting all assigned aspects of the entire Hotel operation under the supervision and management of the Hotel General Manager in maintaining the brand and hotel standards.
- Has supporting managerial and development responsibility for all the Departments under his/her remit; and ensuring the team&039;s talents are developed
- His/her scope of responsibilities also covers the supporting role necessary to achieve the financial results agreed with the General Manager of the hotel.
- Acting as the Hotel General Manager, when the General Manager is not present.

- Minimum 7 years operational experience in the hospitality and tourism sector. Bachelors or Masters from university or a specialised hospitality or food & beverage school an advantage.
- Previous experience in a multi- cultural environment is needed.
- Confirmed operational experience as a manager is a must.
- Fluent in English essential, another language is a plus.
