Executive, Database Management

SCOPE OF POSITION
Executive of Database Management’s responsibility is to assist the team in ensuring the accuracy and quality of data in our casino systems and data warehouse. The role will also be responsible to help the team to leverage the use of data to provide quality reporting and insights for operational support and management’s review.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Support PD and IM team in preparing periodic and ad- hoc performance reports for management review.
• Assist in maintenance of casino marketing and loyalty programs/initiatives though various gaming systems including Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) and IGT systems.
• Data verification of our miscellaneous gaming systems and data warehouse.
• Perform tagging of players as per various casino initiatives including referral programs, marketing agents and other gaming program initiatives.
• Support marketing programs including loyalty program, direct marketing offers, membership card tiering levels and communication channels through data mining and preparation.
• Perform coding of players as per Player Development (“PD”) and International Marketing (“IM”) Admin request form.
• Assist in providing required data for campaign analysis on campaign performance as soon as campaign concluded with respective business units for Post Evaluation on Campaign with management for improvement and improvisations.
• Perform reporting and analysis of various casino initiatives for finance and management review.

Exposure in the casino industry will be an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment with multiple priorities.
Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum 1 year of related experience in database marketing and data analysis
Must be able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Experience using data analysis tools, including SAS, is a plus.
