Executive, Distribution Compliance

Job holder acts as an assistant to Head of Compliance to support Management Team of BIDV-MetLife in planning and implementing an effective Distribution Compliance Program, including conduct the training, risk-based review, handle sale force’s violation and implements all necessary actions to ensure achievement of the objectives of the Company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and sale practice against sale force by evaluating or investigating and developing a system for uniform handling of such alleged violations.
• Monitors a reporting mechanism and provides reports on a regular basis or as requested, to keep Management Team of BIDV-MetLife be informed the operation and progress of Distribution Compliance System.
• Implements policies and procedures for the general operation of the Distribution Compliance Function in line with organizational objectives, internal business standard and applicable laws.
• Assist Head of Compliance to maintain an effective compliance communication channel for sale force to enhance ethic and compliant culture.
• Undertakes other duties as may be reasonably requested by Company’s Head of Compliance.
• Assist Head of Compliance to conduct distribution compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new agent as well as ongoing training for all sale force.

• A minimum of 03 years relevant working experience, preferably in law enforcement/ compliance/investigation; experienced in investigation or sale system of insurers would be much preferred.
• Good communication skill, both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English;
• University graduated in domain of Insurance/ Finance/ Law;
• Analytical and reporting skills; good ability to identity & solve problems;
