Executive - Export Ocean & Air Freight

(1 candidate for Ho Chi Minh office – 1 candidate for Ha Noi office)

Responsible for billing accuracy of individual shipments.
Responsible for operational accuracy of individual shipments
Responsible for on time file closure as per deadlines set forth by management
Dealing with supervisor together with pricing team to find space/price related solutions.
Maintain set KPI’s
Handling shipment from booking until closure á instructed by supervisor

Team player, flexible, hands-on with interpersonal skills and time management
High achiever, self-driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills
High School Diploma required
Cargowise One experience is a plus
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
1+ years of Ocean operations experience (from booking stage to invoice)
Possess ability to build relationships with both internal and external teams
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment
