Executive - Imports Operation (Air & Ocean Freight)

Comply with new SOPs, maintain DSRs, and consistently meet KPIs.
Handle inbound shipments for both air and ocean across all destinations.
Explore new opportunities to optimize revenue.
Ensure billing accuracy on shipment files and submit them to accounting promptly.
Perform thorough checks before releasing documents or cargo to consignees.
Provide market intelligence and insights to management.
Follow up on shipment handover, departure, and arrival with origin agents to ensure service commitments are met.
Ensure timely responses and updates are provided to customers and agents.
Seek new avenues to increase volume and shipment counts within the EFL system.
Escalate any foreseeable issues to the supervisor in a timely manner.
Develop contingency plans to provide better solutions for customers.
Collaborate closely with the team and escalate support needs and operational requirements to management
Work closely with agents and carriers to obtain sea/air rates and schedules that meet customers’ requirements.

Position Requirements:

University graduated
Possess ability to build relationships with both internal and external teams
Ability to prioritize and multi- task in a fast paced, changing environment.
Excellent communication and problem- solving skills.
Experience in CargoWise ERP system would be an added advantage.
Team player, flexible, hands- on with interpersonal skills and time management
High achiever, self- driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English and Vietnamese)
Proficiency in English and MS Office.
Detail- oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in freight forwarding, focusing on import operations (air and ocean freight).
Strong knowledge of LCL/FCL, customs procedures, and import logistics.
