Executive – Ocean Freight Operations

Responsible for operational accuracy of individual shipments.
Responsible for billing accuracy of individual shipments.
Handling shipments from booking until file closure as instructed by supervisor
Dealing with supervisor together with pricing team to find space/price related solutions.
Responsible for on time file closure as per deadlines set forth by management
Maintain set KPI’s

Cargo wise experience is a plus
1+ years of Sea operations experience (from booking stage to invoice)
Possess ability to build relationships with both internal and external teams
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem- solving skills
High achiever, self- driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills
University graduated.
Team player, flexible, hands- on with interpersonal skills and time management
Ability to prioritize and multi- task in a fast paced, changing environment
