Executive Secretary to Head of Customer Services

Secretarial functions

• Handle all incoming calls (internal and external)
• Manage payment requests related to taxi usage.
• Organize calendar and coordinate appointments and meetings
• Prepare and coordinate appointments and meetings for Head of CS
• Organize and coordinate business trips and related presentation preparation
• Prepare and coordinate business program for visitors
Project support
• Be main contact point in special project planning
• Lead smaller projects within CS division
• Prepare, follow up, and ensure the continuous improvements of projects, including reporting and analysis requests
• Cross-functional project coordinate innovative and strategic matters
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Advanced MS Office skills
Dynamic personality and project management skills
At least 3 years of experience as a secretary or project management position
Excellent English proficiency
University degree (Business/Economics preferred)
High level of soft skills
Strong planning, organizational, interpersonal & communication skills
