- Prepare office equipment, manage office supplies.
- Manage guests’ information and profile.
- Organize and coordinate tasks for meetings, conferences, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings, travel arrangements.
- Accessing to get guests’ information and profile on Patron and Opera software.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents, maintain schedules and calendars.
- Make booking for guests with room, sport activities as golf tournament/ casino…, dining, transport, banquets….
- Write emails, memos, and letters.
- Support to organize internal and external events.
- Offer guests aftersales service and follow up
- Possible to travel for work in Hotram, Ba Ria Vung Tau when needed.
- Carry out mainly tasks assigned by line manager.
- Welcome guests and initially deal with complaints and concerns.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
- Handling telephone calls/messages in a timely and professional manner and respond to inquiries from guests via telephone or email, or chat apps.
- Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems.

BA in Language or Business Industry.
Team player.
Able to prioritise workload effectively.
Excellent telephone manner.
Fluent English, Korean is a plus.
Adaptable/flexible.
Computer skills- advanced level.
4- 5 years’ experience in relate job.
