Expat IT B2B Sales

This role will be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
The B2B Sales will focus on generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients through cold calling, and cold emails
- Update and manage CRM to track calls, leads, and sales conversions.
- Handle objections and provide solutions to overcome barriers.
- Conduct high- volume cold calling and cold emails to potential clients to introduce ISB&039;s software development solutions.
- Understand client needs and tailor software solutions to meet those needs.
- Identify potential business prospects and generate leads.
- Following the sales process from start to end.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Set appointments for senior sales representatives to close deals.

- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- At least 1 years experience in international B2B Sales in IT industry.
- Bachelor&039;s degree.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Linkedin Sales Navigator and relevant software/tools
- +3 years of previous experience in B2B Sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales automation tools.
- Self- motivated with a results- driven approach
- Experience in the software industry (or technical background) is a plus
- Strong connection with Euro market / clients
