[Expat] - Product Developer

- Researching and develop new equipment, new practices and technologies
- Reporting on the activities of the R&D Division weekly, monthly or as required to the BOD of the Company.
- Updating new technology to apply advanced science and technology in product design research and product quality improvement.
- Monitoring and supervising the entire process of developing and manufacturing sample products.
- Testing and demo new products according to the company&039;s goals.
- Together with the Group&039;s Board of Directors to determine the direction and strategy of product development.
- Reviewing and updating the output standards of quality, product norms, production process, etc. for the company&039;s products.
- Planning research and development of products according to the company&039;s requirements, orientation and strategy.
- Managing and providing timely solutions for R&D projects on new and improved products.
- Searching and creating new ideas for the purpose of diversifying products, designs, quality and matching market prices.

- More than 5 years research-related experience.
- Capable of managing and developing R&D team to carry out many challenging projects/tasks.
- A bachelor&039;s degree in science or a related field.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Fluency in English.
- Preference will be given to Candidates with experience/in-depth understanding of the development of Electrical and Appliance products in the Air industry (Air Conditioners, Air Purifiers, ...), or the Water industry (Water Purifiers,…)
