Job Purpose
The job holder responsibility for designing, proposing business marketing activities through:
Marketing campaign management
Business Marketing Planning and marketing performance management
Design marketing content for program/campaign
Key Accountabilities (1)
Business Marketing Planning and marketing performance management
- Execution of marketing activities, budget, premium / stocks and provide update
- Co- ordinate with related parties to build communication proposition and creation of perception for products, solutions, aligned with brand name and target customer insight
- Propose KPIs and approach for assessment of marketing value. Monitor marketing programs and campaign performance / fulfilment
- Design, build, embed customer loyalty program by collaborating with other divisions and/or partnerships
- Prepare, propose and implement NPS survey
- Participate in, proposing overall marketing calendar detailing marketing activities and linking each campaign to strategy by economic segment, economic sectors/activities, customer groups...
