Job Purpose
The job holder responsible for :
- Personal in charge for insight analysis of the bank&039;s financial performance to report to CEO, CFO, other HOD and BOD
- Ensure to provide accurate financial management data for suitable users
- Personal in charge for whole bank annual planning process and monitor the performance of the Bank and report to CEO, CFO, other HOD and BOD
Key Accountabilities (1)
Insight analysis of whole bank performance:
- Proactively provide the assessment of whole bank target achievement to propose forecasted scenarios and early warning to higher.
- The contact point of department to respond the requests from CFO, Senior Director on performance results of business units và whole bank (including actual và forecast)
- Review reports prepared by staffs to ensure the accuracy và rationality of information provided
- Proactively propose action plan/process and coordinate staffs to prepare weekly and monthly specific insight analysis reports (including actual reports và forecast reports) on business performance results of each business unit và wholebank and submit to CEO, CFO, other HOD and BOD
- Proactively identify the influencing factors and coordinate staffs to perform detailed analysis to assess the impacts to the business results of the whole bank, then propose recommendation to CFO, Senior Director
Key Accountabilities (2)
Person in charged for annual planning of whole bank:
- Work as the contact point of department to respond the requests from CFO, Senior Director on annual planning of business units và whole bank
- Set up detailed implementation plan for the annual financial planning process of the whole bank and coordinate all related parties to ensure the quality of outcomes and meet the required deadline
- As the contact point of Finance, work with Strategy team to propose Topdown target for each business unit và whole bank to be in line with the bank&039;s strategy
- Coordinate human resource in team to process annual planning
- Review consolidated business plan to consider the reasonableness and propose recommendations to adjust business plan if needed
- Directly propose actions to improve the annual planning process
Key Accountabilities (3)
Other tasks:
- Conduct monthly training for members in the department in order to enhance productivity and necessary skills.
- In charge of coordinating the implementation of other related jobs as the request of Manager, Senior Director và CFO
- Support Senior Manager to set up và implement operational plan for the department in order to adopt new requirements in each specific period
- Perform back- up work when the Manager is absent

- Having a university degree or higher at domestic and foreign economic schools; Preference will be given to candidates with audit and analysis practice certificates (ACCA, CPA, CFA...)
- English: Based on current regulations
- Good at SQL, Power BI
- Preference will be given to those who have worked in multinational banks and organizations or abroad.
- At least 5 years of experience in management reporting, good understanding of the Bank&039;s professional activities.
