Expert Network Services (ENS) is an industry that offers Clients access to insights from various fields through a network of Experts. Its market was valued at USD 2.28 billion in 2023 and is expected to grow to USD 6.12 billion by 2028.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Client Service Associate, you&039;ll actively search for, engage with, and recruit suitable experts to join clients&039; projects. The job requires strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to use different tools to find experts. The main goal is to provide valuable insights to clients through expert interviews and research.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Engaging experts- Contacting experts using different methods (phone, email, LinkedIn) to assess their relevant experience and knowledge before connecting them with our clients.
Delivering expert- Facilitate interviews between clients and experts, ensuring a smooth and productive experience.
Desk researching- Perform desk research to understand clients’ requests on a project and identify potential experts’ profiles.
Sourcing expert- Leverage Arches&039; vast network and diverse platforms (LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, etc.) to identify the most relevant experts for each project.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT
Full Professional Proficiency in Chinese and English with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of experts from APAC.
1- 3 years of professional experience in Recruitment, Business Development, Research, or any other related field.
Critical thinking skills, including problem- solving, business analysis, and research expertise.
The ability to work independently and take ownership of your projects, demonstrating strong autonomy and accountability.
A growth mindset, demonstrating a continuous desire to learn and improve your skills.
Strategic prioritization skills, allowing you to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Attention to detail, ensuring all deliverables are professional and of the highest quality for our professional service clients.
