Expert Matching Associate (Night Shift)

Engaging expert- Contacting experts using different methods (phone, email, LinkedIn) to assess their relevant experience and knowledge before connecting them with our clients
Sourcing expert- Leverage Arches&039; vast network and diverse platforms (LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, etc.) to identify the most relevant experts for each project.
Delivering expert- Facilitate interviews between clients and experts, ensuring a smooth and productive experience.
Desk researching- Perform desk research to understand clients&039; requests on a project and identify potential experts&039; profile
Night Shift

1- 3 years of professional experiencein Recruitment, Business Development, Research or any other related field.
Critical thinking,including problem- solving skills, business analysis, and research expertise.
With careful attention to detail,all deliverables are professional and of the highest quality for our professional service clients.
Strategic prioritization skills,allowing you to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Advanced Englishlanguage skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of experts from APAC.
The ability to workindependentlyand takeownershipof your projects, demonstrating strong autonomy and accountability.

Working hours

2 days off per week on Tuesday and Wednesday
5 Working days per week: Thursday to Monday.
Working hours: 3:00 PM- 12:00 AM.
