Expert, Performance Marketing

• Stay up- to- date with industry trends and implement new strategies for continuous improvement.
• Generate insightful reports and presentations, conveying complex data in a clear and actionable manner (e.g.: performance reports, post- campaign reports, ...).
• Measure and report performance campaigns to have key learning for upcoming projects.
• Utilize marketing analytics tools and platforms to track key performance indicators (KPIs), including click- through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS),...
• Plan and manage performance campaigns on multi- platform such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, and other ads platforms...
• Real- time tracking and monitoring of performance metrics and KPIs for all campaign ongoing.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on project development, timelines, and results to ensure campaign success

• Strong Strategic planning, Problem- solving and Logical thinking skills
• Able to work independently in a fast- paced environment and have a willing- to- learn mindset
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies and tactics
• At least 05 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on e- commerce is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross- functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
