Job Purpose
The position holder is responsible for:
- Coordinate with Senior Manager and Head of Rewards, Planning and Governance to apply expertise for planning, developing and implementing reward and regconition policies that meets the HR strategy and business orientation in the short và long term, ensuring the desired competitive position in comparison to the market.

Main mission:
- Coordinating with the Director of Planning of Human Resource Management, Income and Welfare to apply functions, in- depth experience in building and implementing comprehensive and solutions that are consistent with the strategies và business models of the Divisions and of the Bank and effective change management to support the Bank&039;s transformation
- Acting as a focal point to advise, provide solutions, guidelines, and tools to support HR consulting departments to effectively deploy policies
- Perform various related tasks as required by the Director of Human Resource Planning, Income and Welfare and the Functional Director.

Professional tasks:
(a) Plan và manage income và benefits policy
- Guide and support Senior Professionals and Specialists in recurring activities: Basic Income Adjustment, Performance Bonus, Incentive Program Consulting, Sales Promotion...
- Develop and propose adjustments to the income system including: job evaluation, salary scale system, staffing and costing, short- term/long- term income policies, programs reward and welfare for employees… in line with approved strategic objectives, ensuring internal fairness and competition with the market;
- Periodically participate in income and welfare surveys, study trends and market fluctuations of rival banks, thereby providing analysis and proposing adjustments to the policy on income and welfare. and other policies within the function that are closely aligned with the Talent Management strategy
- Analyze and evaluate internal data to build reports and advise the Board of Directors in effective HR decision making and implementation activities.

(b) Management and development of a job placement evaluation system
- Analyze, propose, adjust, evaluate job positions, determine the correlation rank between job positions in an objective way to provide a reliable basis for building income structure and Career Roadmap, Succession Plan suitable for the job position
- Managing the title system, the method of evaluating job positions and the internal hierarchy to ensure that these systems are closely linked, ensuring internal fairness and competition with the external market. out
- The focal point for organizing the project participation, training, communicating, guiding and consulting on Mercer&039;s job position evaluation system
- Representative of Human Resources Management Division to advise, propose và implement necessary procedures related to the organizational structure within the scope of responsibility of the Human Resources Management Division.
