Export Assistant Manager - MM Mega Market, Head Office, Dist. 2

MISSION STATEMENT
In the objective of empowerment and training, the Export Assistant Manager will be in charge of category development for export products. He/she will manager all the necessary paper work/ documents request by oversea buyers or from the company.
Working with internal and external partners to ensure smooth operations of the Export roles.
ROLES
· To liaise with all relevant departments and customers ensuring that all shipments are delivered accurately and on time.
· In connecting with oversea customers to follow shipment or any further inquiries if any.
· To understand the details of the Sale Agreement with Client and required to communicate with realted department to ensure smooth information flow.
· Coordinate with supplier to take care of Purchase Order to follow up including packing instruction, delivery time…ect.
KEY RESULT AREAS
Ensure the following are done within the required timeline.
· Working with suppliers to make sure shipment arrange properly.
· Working with Finance & Legal Department to submit required documents for new customers.
· Working with QA Department for quality support
· Working with Supply Chain to monitor the shipments.

§ Bachelor’s degree
§ English fluently in both verbal and writing
§ Preferred experience in import/ export documentation
§ Working in agriculture aspect í an advantage.
§ Good communication and negotiation skill
§ Critical & Analytical Thinking – Actively think and analize information before forwarding it.
§ Attention to Detail & Accuracy – Pay attention to every detail. Make sure it is accurate as you are the bride to transfer the information.
§ Hard working with a learning mind- Work your best in a humble way and have an open mind to learn new thing and also learn from mistake
§ Passion – Have an active energy to work with great effort.
