Export - Customer Service Manager

· Checking export price
. Run compliance check against corporate and legal guidelines
. Instruct & manage export team to handle export shipments
. Developing export shipment volume for export department
· Relay VGM details to Carrier
· Verify and create income reserves and cost accruals in
· Request and receive VGM details from Shipper - as applicable
· Evaluate and ensure shipment profitability
· Generate operational reporting for Customer - as applicable
· Request and receive pickup instructions from Shipper and relay to Operations Team
· Handle continuous pre-shipment status follow-up with Shipper and inform Destination office - as applicable
· Receive booking request from Shipper or Destination Office
· Receive and/or upload relevant Customer documents
· Ensure compliance with Customer specific KPI&039;s - as applicable
· Qualify booking request details against customer service agreement and current market conditions
· Receive volume forecast information from Destination Office and overlay with Shipper&039;s volume forecast - as applicable
