Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Coordinate import- export logistics, including order processing, shipment tracking, and customs clearance, to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with international clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for ADC Plastic.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape in target regions.
Documentation: Prepare and manage all import- export documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and compliance certificates, in accordance with international trade regulations.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and business development in new geographic regions and industries.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and key metrics, preparing regular reports and analysis to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand import- export sales, targeting new markets and customers.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to establish connections with new customers.
Collaboration: Collaborate cross- functionally with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of import- export operations.
