Export Sales Executive (15 - 25 Million Vnd/Month + Kpi Bonus)

Export Documentation:Prepare and manage all export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.Coordinate with logistics and shipping partners to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
Customer Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing international customers.Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
Market Intelligence:Stay informed about international market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company&039;s competitive position.
Market Expansion:Identify and explore new markets for plastic filler masterbatch products.Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and sales in international regions.
Sales Target Achievement:Set and achieve sales targets in alignment with the company&039;s export sales goals.Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the sales manager.

Language proficiency as per specific market requirements (English: TOEIC score > 750 or IELTS score > 7.0 or Chinese: HSK 3)
Strong understanding of import- export procedures and international sales strategies.
5 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development1 year of experience in the field of sales, marketing, business development of plastics, plastic additives, plastic chemicals is an advantage
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in plastics, plastic additives, or related industries.

Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
