He or she shall focus in supporting the development of Andros Vietnam and other brands of the Andros Group focusing on ASEAN, other APAC countries and pushing further the potential to more parts of the world.
We are currently seeking an EXPORT MANAGER to lead and grow our export department.
He or she will need to show great coordination and communication skills, deep critical thinking as well as a strong ability to provide adapted support to Andros partners through close commercial contact. He or she will help to build up the suitable strategy to win market share and grow the different brands of the group.
As a successful candidate, he/she will also be working closely with our other sales and marketing divisions to achieve ambitious goals and objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales part:
Market Expansion and Strategy:
Build and implement strategic export plans to enhance sales and market expansion, using right portfolio of products and services for the covered countries,
Consolidate processes and tailored approaches for customer acquisition
Ensure the launching of Andros Vietnam portfolio of products in the covered markets,
Analyze market trends and competitor activity in international markets to adjust strategies accordingly,
Maintain an accurate forecast and sales report
Distributor Management & Customer Relationship Manager
Negotiate contracts with foreign distributors & customers and manage international sales agreements,
Follow up orders and ensure on time deliveries, by managing and resolving any customs or delivery issues that may arise during the export process,
Guide and train the distributors to meet the company’s goals
Key Account Monitoring and Development:
Find new prospects and targets: KEY ACCOUNT for Andros Vietnam products as priority, continue updating the mapping, and develop the right strategy / approach for their acquisition
Ensure sales to Key Account by the means of Demos, close follow up & relationship and innovative ideas
Marketing part:
Create/relay contents to be adapted to the different markets to ease the work of our distributors and push them to communicate more (request to designers + follow up)
Co- ordinates, plans and implements all aspects of marketing plans for the development of assigned existing Export Markets,
Share all designs, relay marketing activities,
Follow up closely the marketing budget and activities,
Build trade marketing tools, adapted to marketing activities across countries,
Admin part:
Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to forecast demand and ensure timely delivery of products,
Support to register new SKU/product & update customers. Send documents, samples, photos, specs according to customer requests,
Follow up on forecast, stock, and target,
Update sales report & its analysis,
Follow up trends & new product launches.
Help to develop entry level staff into valuable/skilled sales people (knowledge sharing)
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and legal requirements, including obtaining necessary export licenses and permits,
Team Leadership :
Coordinate and manage a team of 2 – 4 export sales professionals and grow the team according to sales evolution and needs
Build team capabilities for future expansion
Provide guidance, training, and performance monitoring
Performs any other related duties as may be required by the function.
