Exterior Technical Staff - Nhân Viên Kỹ Thuật Cửa

- Make drawings & technical proposal for customers:
- Support sash technical members&039; work and receive advices on technical knowledge of Tostem&039;s standard. Undertake the tasks in the team.
- Provide technical assistances to fabricators, exterior dealers, and provide necessary training on installation of exterior products as LIXIL standards. Support fabricators and distributors in preparing drawings related to exterior, and relevant technical documents for bidding and installation.
- Support dealers for installation training
- Work in collaboration with Sash Technical team.
- Support sales staff in providing design solutions, using other materials at the beginning phase of design and procurement. Closely cooperate with Sales team, work with design consultant, project’s owner to provide proper designs as requested by clients.
- Prepare technical design and detailed drawings of exterior products. Propose suitable design and size for potential projects. Be responsible for identifying quantity of each material of each order, and preparing construction drawings. Make design and relevant drawings for project procurement.

- Good in English communication, or eager to study English
- Good communication skill. Teamwork and good working attitude.
- Working experience: more than 3 years, preferably in building material industry or relevant industry.
- Good in using design soft wares (CAD, 3D, etc), Microsoft Office. Knowledge of design, drawing and cost estimates in construction industry.
