F&B Attendant

• Present menu and assist them on their orders by answering their inquires about food and beverage items the menu and offer suggestion and recommendation.
• Monitor guests&039; needs and promptly handle requests and provide assistance.
• Maintain an up- to- date knowledge of the menu and daily specials.
• Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and usher them to their table.
• Take orders accurately including orders with special requests.
• Comply with SOP, workplace safety, health and hygiene policies and procedures.
• Deliver and serve food at tables.
• Maintain table setting by clearing courses as completed, replacing utensils, refreshing water glasses, dealing with spills etc.
• Assist in functions and events set- up.
• Responsible for accurate billing and entering of charges into the POS system.
• Any other duties as assigned

Thorough knowledge of F&B and customer service.

Ability to interact with customers, colleagues.

Problem solving , reasoning, motivating, organizational.

Communication English.
