Data Management
Employee Record Management: Maintain and update accurate employee information in the HRIS, including personal details, job titles, compensation packages, benefits enrolment, and employment history.
HRIS Administration
Take part in the implementation of the HRIS to enhance the management of employee data, compensation, and benefits. Collaborate with vendors to ensure successful system deployment, configuration, and integration with existing HR processes
Compensation and Benefit:
In charge of Personal income tax monthly and finalization report
Do procedures on Health insurance card and SI Books issued, making all the monthly, quarterly, annual reports to SI
Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave, and other benefit,....
Responsible for managing monthly payrolls for all employees of assigned BUs.
In charge of Labor contract and decision for employees
Report Preparation: Prepare regular reports related to C&B, including headcount analysis, cost moving analysis, turnover rates.... Ensure that reports are accurate and delivered in a timely manner to management and relevant departments.
Policy and Compliance
Participate in the development, review, and update of C&B policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and laws regarding compensation and benefits programs.
Employee Communication:
FAQ Management: Maintain and regularly update a FAQ section on the company intranet or internal communications platform that addresses common questions and concerns about compensation and benefits
Open Door Policy: Foster an opendoor communication policy, encouraging employees to ask questions or raise concerns related to their C&B. Be approachable and responsive to inquiries in a timely manner
Communicate C&B information clearly and effectively to employees.
Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
Work in partnership with Service of Labor and Social affairs Trade Union, local authorities, Professional Agencies for Salary Survey, Insurance, etc....
Coordinate with all departments of the company, especially, work in close collaboration with Financial Department and Legal Department to deal with C&B and social legal issues.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position
Education: University Degree in Business Administration or Accounting or equivalent degree.
