JOB DESCRIPTION
Compensation & Benefits
Handle all Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI) procedures in compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, labor relations, and HR policies in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the Accounting team to process Personal Income Tax (PIT) registration and annual PIT finalization.
Process monthly payroll, allowances, bonuses, commissions, and other employee benefits accurately and on time.
Prepare and manage HR documents, including labor contracts, contract renewals, salary adjustments, promotions, transfers, disciplinary actions, and employee offboarding procedures.
Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring personnel files are complete, accurate, and regularly updated.
HR Operations
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and personnel documentation.
Support company events and recruitment activities when necessary.
Support the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
Assist in annual performance review processes and prepare HR reports when required.
Coordinate employee welfare programs and support internal engagement activities.
Compliance & Administration
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Ensure HR operations comply with Vietnamese Labor Law and internal company policies.
Continuously improve HR documentation, processes, and operational efficiency.
Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENT
Experience in an Advertising, Marketing, or Digital Agency is preferred.
Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance, Personal Income Tax, and payroll administration.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields.
Good communication and problem- solving skills.
Good command of English.
At least 2–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.
