Position Summary:
As a restaurant F&B Supervisor, you are responsible to promote and ensure guest satisfaction, maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment and ensure only the highest quality products are being served.
F&B Captain Duties and Responsibilities
- Always greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner
- Conducts monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
- Assist guests with table reservations.
- Take an active role in coaching and developing junior staff.
- Work with fellow staff and managers to ensure that the restaurant achieves its full potential.
- Has a good knowledge of menu and presentation standards.
- Able to answer any questions regarding the menu and assist with menu selections.
- Any other duties related to food and beverage service assigned by the manager.
- Ensures that the restaurant is always kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the back of house areas.
- Set tables according to the type of event and service standards.
- Ensure guests are serviced within the specified time.

- Strong customers and associate communication skills
- Able to understand and communicate in English.
- Strong strategic thinking, team leadership and management skills
- Ability to stay calm and perform various tasks
- Great time management Up- to- date knowledge of techniques and recipes
- Over 3 years high- end restaurants.
