F&B Captain

Being knowledgeable to operate the existing POS system based on the trained responsibility level as assigned in the department.
Successfully performs opening and closing procedures established for the assigned outlet.
Understands and strictly adheres to the rules and regulations established in the hotels policy manual and the hotels policy on fire, hygiene, health and safety.
Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the hotel.
Assists in carrying out scheduled inventories of products and operating equipment.
Has the knowledge and understanding to explain and perform upselling all items offered by the department assigned as well as offering alternatives.
Handles guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints and feedback to supervisors.
All duties and tasks performed as per the tasks required at the outlet.
Ensures a flawless service to the highest standards and as required by the department and the hotel.
Reports guest complaints immediately to the supervisors and ensuring follow up is performed with the guest.
Ensures that the place of work and surrounding area kept clean and organized at all times.
Be responsible for Outlet Cashier, Host / Hostess, Waiter / Waitress to provide a courteous, professional and efficient service at all times.
Monitors operating supplies, equipment and reduce spoilage and wastage successfully.
Maintains good rapport and work relation with service associates in the assigned department and within the hotel.
Has a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items offered by the department assigned.
Performs other duties assigned by the outlet management.

WORK EXPERIENCE: At least 1- year experience in international hotel at the same position
EDUCATION AND TRAINING: College degree or above
LANGUAGES: Vietnamese- Excellent level, written & spoken English- Good level, written & spoken
