Enter and locate work- related information using computers and/or point of sale systems
Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments
Attend necessary training sessions as required by a training manager in accordance with any training plans.

Two years Food and Beverage experience as Captain, Lead Server, full- service restaurant manager with a luxury property (hotel or restaurant).
Proficient in the use of calculator, copier, fax, computer (basic word processing) and audiovisual equipment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule: weekends, holidays, AM, PM, overnight and overtime when needed.
Ability to multitask, work in a fast- paced environment and have a high- level attention to detail.
Education: Minimum high school graduate. Prefer two years of college.
Strong communication skills in English.
Excels in providing and generating a “can do” attitude with staff and colleagues.
Excellent organizational skills.
Leadership ability.
Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
Previous fine dining experience as server or Captain.
Ability to lift, carry and transport relatively heavy equipment.
Results oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Has a friendly, positive attitude.
