Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures.
To manage the food and beverage operations of the hotel to ensure the achievement of high standard quality of food and beverage product, guest services, employee satisfaction and achievement of departmental revenue and profit goals.
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
Adhere to local regulations concerning HACCP, health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
Provide a two- way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
Identify customers&039; needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
Yêu cầu công việc
English: good writing and communication skills
Certificate in Hotel Management preferred.
Leadership and well organized.
Significant experience in a customer- service position, 3- 5 year experience on the same position.
IT skills: good in Microsoft office.
Experience in team management.
Excellent skills In Customer Service and Public Relations.
