F&B Store Supervisor

We are seeking a professional Store Supervisor to assist Store Manager in managing all retail/ F&B operations and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Control inventory at store to ensure good stock of products at all times
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Organize team engagement activities to create understanding and connection among team members
- Other tasks as assigned by Store Manager
- Report to Store Manager regarding sales results and productivity
- Lead FOH operation team of 10- 12 staffs to reach targets and KPI’s, ensure the compliance with company&039;s policies and procedures
- Co- ordinate with HR Dept. in attracting, recruiting and training team members
- Manage all F&B and day- to- day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Requirements and skills:
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS)
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Guest- oriented and service- minded
- English communication is a must
- Proven food and beverage management experience, min. 1- 2 years at the same positions
- Diploma or degree in food service management or related field will be an advantage
- Communication and leadership skills
- Ability to delegate multiple tasks and motivate team
