F&B Supervisor/ Club InterContinental Supervisor

The position is concerned with assisting the Club Manager in the daily operation of the Club Lounge. This includes being responsible for the operation, administration, supervision, training and overall performance of the club lounge. In addition, assist in planning and adjusting labor to achieve maximum operational yield.
- Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports
- Establish and instruct staff in cash security procedures
- Supervise cash handling and banking procedures
- Deal with irregular payments
- Assist with menu and wine list creation
- Monitor standards of guest facilities and services
- Supervise functions
- Supervise outlet service
- Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
- Control stock and monitor security procedures
- Works with Superior in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget
- In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
- Supervise the maintenance of service equipment
- Works with Superior on manpower planning and management needs
- Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up
- Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.

Required skills:
• Be able to speak, read and write English
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Qualifications:
• Certificate / Diploma in Food & Baverage / Hospitality Management
Experience:
• 1 years minimum experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisor experience or training
