Ensure the implementation of the highest standards in guest service, constantly seek out ways to improve product and service as well as increase volumes and profits
Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments
Maintain proper posture while at the desk and work area.
Stand for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
Assist the Restaurant manager and service team as needed to ensure excellent customer service.

Oversee for cleanliness, organization and housekeeping/maintenance standards

Good communicational skills.

Proficient in the use of calculator, copier, fax, computer (basic word processing) and audiovisual equipment.

Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work a flexible schedule: weekends, holidays, AM, PM, overnight and overtime when needed.
Ability to look at the big picture and adjust the small details.
02- 03 years Food and Beverage experience as Captain, 03- 04 years as Lead Server with a luxury property (hotel or restaurant).
Results oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure.
Strong communication skills in English.
Possess a gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor.
Ability to lift, carry and transport relatively heavy equipment.
Pro- active.
Excellent organizational skills.
Has a friendly, positive attitude.
Previous fine dining experience as Supervisor, Server or Captain.
Ability to multitask, work in a fast- paced environment and have a high- level attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
Education: Minimum high school graduate. Prefer two years of college, bachelor degree
