F&B Supervisor (Restaurant/Banquet/Room Service) (Pre - Opening)

Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, lounge areas, service stations, banquet venues and back- of- house areas to ensure cleanliness, hygiene and operational readiness.
Coordinate Banquet setup and operational requirements according to event orders and guest requests.
Monitor and maintain POS systems during operations.
Supervise daily Restaurant, Lounge, Banquet and In- Room Dining operations to ensure smooth service flow and operational efficiency.
Provide coaching, on- the- job training and guidance to improve service skills, beverage knowledge and product knowledge.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Supervise Lounge operations when assigned, including beverage service quality, lounge ambiance, guest interaction and operational standards.
Yêu cầu công việc
Basic beverage knowledge and understanding of lounge service standards will be an advantage.
Understanding of POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position within Restaurants, Lounge, Banquet operations or Hotels.
Knowledge of Restaurant, Lounge, Banquet and In- Room Dining operations.
Good command of English communication.
