F&B Welcomer (F&B Hostess/Cashier)

Job Summary – (Role Summary)
- Support the food and beverage service team by keeping control of the flow of business into the outlet; distribute the guests evenly to each station to avoid overloading at one particular station assisting with preparation and delivery of service.
- Handles the billing and receiving of payments in all outlets in a timely, accurate and profession manner which ensures guest satisfaction and minimizes losses to the hotel. Assists the food and beverage team with food and beverage preparation, service and clearing and cleaning in peak times.
- Adhere to local regulations concerning FSMS / HACCP, health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)
- Verify the postings made by the wait staff on the pre- checking terminals and where necessary to make amendments to items billed, number of guests, etc in accordance with the hotel’s established policies and procedures
- Ensure the charged bill is checked against room number and name in accordance with computer listing prior to posting
- Assisting with cleaning of outlet
- Maintains reservation book and all information pertaining to room occupancy and daily events.
- Ensure that all work is balanced at the end of each shift and that the total, balances with the computer’s total
- Assisting with outlet set up
- Attends to telephone calls and takes table reservations for each meal period.
- Account for all guests in numerical sequence, including those received from and/or handled over to other cashiers as well as voided and/or cancelled checks
- Ensure that sufficient stocks of checks, printed materials, cigarettes and small denotation are available at all times in the outlet
- Handle inquiries billing and payment of bills in compliance with the hotel’s established policies and procedures
- Welcome & recognize the guests
- Performs light secretarial duties i.e. typing and filing of documents; Updates memos at the staff notice board.
- Perform any other duties which may be assigned
- Assisting with service
- Maintain menu & wine list condition, change menu poster according to meal time
- Assisting with clearing of dishes and table set up
- In charge of mail and newspaper, pick up for the restaurant & report to logbook

Thoroughknowledge of F&B and customer service
Graduated from Vocational/College/University preferably in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
Communication English
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational.
Related experience preferably in international 4- 5 star hotel/resort.
Ability to interact with customers, colleagues

- 05 working days or 40 hrs per week / Làm việc 05 ngày hoặc 40 giờ một tuần.
