Fabric Inspection - Chuyên viên Cao cấp Phòng Test

· Update all the charts relevant to LAB
· Assist department Manager to share necessary information.
· Need to be aware of all the issues created due to RM issues in production, follow up and resolve issues with relevant departments (external & internal)
· Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by the management
· Allocate existing carder in order to achieve daily targets.
· Facilitate suitable T&D needs in the respective areas.
· Ensure Inspections according to the expected standards and customer specifications in order to meet customer requirements.

· Manage daily department work with the team based on the production demand and PCD.
· Experience related to different sewing/packing trim inspection and testing.
· Proficiency in English (4 skills)
· Experience on bulk fabric inspection and 4- point system.
· Understanding knit/woven fabric types.
· Understanding bulk fabric shade band and color handling process.
· Knowledge on basic fabric testing such as GSM / Stretch & recovery / crocking testing / Shrinkage / different washing testing etc.
· Garment & textile educational background in same position with at least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity in Garment manufacturing companies.
· Knowledge of bulk issues related to fabric/trims and experience on handling these issues without impacting production.
· Experience on handling fabric/garment test failures.
· Should be an analytical person to manage all the department data and work with the management to make decisions based on department data.
