FABRICATION SUPERVISOR

- Manage production and delivery processes from Planning and production, give tasks to workers.

- Cooperate with relevant departments to ensure delivery schedule.

- Perform production and make adjustments as needed to fabricate samples and mass production within specifications.

- Maintain operation of machinery, equipment, environment, workshops to ensure hygiene and safety.

- Coordinate with QC, warehouse controller to monitor the quality of input materials.

- Propose improvement of processes and equipment ... to improve productivity as well as ensure safety

- Monitor the use of utilities to ensure operational efficiency.

- Monitoring compliance with all processes and regulations related to productivity, quality, safety and hygiene.

- Supervise the timekeeping, work evaluation, set the norms in production for all employees.

- Propose human resource requirements, requesting overtime and giving suggestions when necessary.

- Report to manager timely to handle incidents beyond ability to avoid affecting production progress.

- Comply with company rules and regulations and related safety and hygiene regulations.

- Compliance with company information security regulations.

- Report daily work progress; Report related issues affecting quality. Report problems arising.

·        Proven work experience in Steel structure, Metal manufacturing or relevant fields.

·        Able to use, read and understand technical drawings, MS Office.

·        Understanding of material manufacturing processes.

·        Ability to work under strict deadlines.

·        Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

·        Strong leadership, communication and time-management skills.

·        Creative thinking and ability to drive performance
