- Guide workers in best-practice procedures for foundry fabrication operations
- Ability to listen and follow directions from superiors.
- Read and follow route tickets and work instructions for all work orders or production orders.
- Determine from route tickets if all parts and materials are available and ready for assembly and fabrication
- Ensure all needed tools and machines are available and in good working condition.
- Interpret measurements from drawings, sketches and blueprints. - Verify specifications and correct materials delivered to foundry fabrication area.
- Ensure all parts are fitted, welded and assembled properly to recognized quality standards. - Ensure working environment is clean and safe at all times.
- Operate fabricating machines such as Tig/Mig welders, Oxy acetylene welders, grinders, benders, shears and cutting tools Vận hành máy móc như máy hàn Tig / Mig, hàn gió đá, mài, uốn, cắt và dụng cụ cắt.
- Report errors or mistakes in production line.
- Check material stock to ensure inventory and replenishment of needed production materials.
- Understanding and ability to implement all quality control practices and standards.
- Recommend to superiors any processes or suggestions for production efficiency
- Coordinate, assist and make recommendations and suggestions to designers, engineers and R&D dept in product prototypes and sample development.
- Interact with other manufacturing departments and office staff to ensure all products meet specification requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate with planners, engineers and planning department to ensure all timelines, deadlines and production schedules are met.
- Willing to do overtime whenever required by the company
