Facebook Advertising Specialist ( Australian Based Company; Attractive Benefits)

We are looking for a Facebook and Instagram Ads specialist, who has demonstratable experience in running advertising campaigns for conversions, lead generation and mobile app installs for eCommerce, technology and B2B businesses.
You will be working alongside a team of marketing and creative professionals based in London & Leeds, with over 40 years of combined experience coming from the likes of Apple, Universal Music, MTV, BBC, Live Nation and Ticketmaster - joining a collective who are disrupting the way marketing and creative is serviced.
- Develop strategy, set up, optimize and scale ad campaigns for businesses driving results around purchases, ROI, CPA, ROAS, and CPI
- Test creative, copy, objectives and audiences constantly and understand the framework required to successfully take accounts from testing to scaling
- Write copy to stop people scrolling in the newsfeed and generate high CTRs
- Test interests, behaviours, and LALs, you've tried every tactic under the sun such as layering, stacking, manual bidding, objective testing, horizontal and vertical scaling.
