Facilities Engineer

Responsible for day- to- day operations and maintenance of equipment and providing the support for Production.
FACILITIES EQUIPMENT, CLEANROOM, PHYSICAL BUILDING
All equipment spare parts are properly stored and recorded.
Manage and supervise the Contractor to ensure the maintenance activities are meet SOW and Safety requirements.
Perform all aspects of preventive maintenance activities/task so as to minimize downtime.
All tools are properly maintained and accounted.
Establish the documentation such as WI (SOP), daily tracking, forms …to manage and improves the facilities system.
Familiar with machine operating system and able to troubleshoot.
Ensure all the equipment, tools that are maintained in a good quality on a frequent basis and all deficiencies are fully reported to the supervisor in the timely manner
ELECTRICAL and control SYSTEM
Manage the Factory low- voltage network to ensure Power supply to Production is continuously.
Electrical Site load manage and control.
Lead and apply the Energy saving project and provide the technical training.
Manage the Energy consumption, Root- cause analysis and report.
EHS
Safety and PPE follow up and compliance.
First aid box is well stock and make available to the staff in emergency.
IMPROVEMENT
Continuously improve the facilities system better for quality, cost, delivery time and safety.
5S
A clean work environment is maintained in the total facility.
General work areas are kept clean at all times.
General safety procedures are observed.

Educational Background
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science in one of following specialisations: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Heat- Refrigeration, Water treatment
Working Experience
A minimum 2 years’ of working experience in the operations and maintenance of facilities system such as HVAC, Cleanroom, Physical Building, Low Voltage electric, Exhaust, Ventilation systems, Air compressor, Vacuum systems, BMS, DI water, and wastewater treatment system.
Special Abilities
Able to provide the ideal and lead the Energy Saving projects.
Able to manage and lead the projects.
Able to troubleshoot, operation, maintenance and provides the training on Facilities equipment.
