Facility cum Procurement officer

Facilities Management:

· Control Office equipment: Periodically inventory, responsible for Repair procedures, manage unused equipment, Handle liquidation

· Carry out monthly maintenance services, repair and maintain equipment (broken chair, broken table, broken door, broken light bulb, air conditioner ...)

· Survey and propose new office locations when needed

· Collect seat utilization information from projects and depts.

· Based on Ramp-up/Ramp-down plan to propose optimization of centers

Procurement Management:

· Receive Purchase request from Projects, contact Suppliers for Quotations, issue Purchase Orders

· Follow Purchase Orders status and handle related issue

· Receive goods and check quality of goods

· Collect and manage purchase documents

· Conduct Vendor Audits as planned

· Search for suppliers that match the company's requirements

· Other tasks as assigned by Manager

·  Degree in Engineering, Facilities/ Building management or equivalent

·  Minimum 6 months of relevant working experience.

·  Experiences with on repair & maintenance is a advantage

·   Problem-solving mindset

·   Attention to details

·   Willing to learn and open to new ideas/areas
