Facility Engineer

This category covers all aspects of facility management, project design reviews, construction project management, and all equipment utilities. Responsibilities of these positions include programmatic administration, coordination and management of projects, budgetary oversight, facilities management, and leadership of programs and services. Functions may include specialized architectural, engineering, site, and construction services; building code analysis; project scheduling, estimating, and management; and support of operations and maintenance.

Manage facility team
Management and operation, repair- related facility
Coordinative with another department

- Troubleshooting facility system.
- Providing electrical, pneumatical, information technology, water, and waste system to related departments.
- Control the consumption of electricity, water, and facility maintenance service.
- Make the plan for facility renovation, improvement, modification, or maintenance.

Make sure that cover all program 5s and plant tours, observation

3- 5 years or above working experience in facility or production system.
Communication & organization skills
Teamwork
College or above, major in an electrical or mechanical special relative facility
Fluent in reading and written English, good spoken English is preferred
Industry manufacturing knowledge, facility and utility
Working Location: SHTP- Dist.9
