FUNCTION - Main key person to in charge:
1.Construction activities
2.Machine & service of the building
3.Environment management
4.Contractor safety management
Key Responsibilities:
1.Construction activities:
-Perform physical tasks and check facilities frequently.
-Do assessment & make plan to repair, renovate all items related facilities (including but not limit about buildings, roads, roofs, doors, toilets ….)
-Performing minor repairs to the facilities: Doors, windows, road …
-Other items related construction.
2.Machine & Equipment of the building
-Make plan with suppliers, contractors for working, service…
-Main person to inspect and certify all strictly machines/ equipment like: LPG system, compressor, rack, forklift ….
-Repair service for office building such as cleaning water, wastewater other utilities.
3.Environment & Waste management
-Manage & delivery all procedures related Environment.
-Manage all kind of waste: metal & scrap waste, non-hazardous waste, hazardous waste
-Collect data, monitor, analyze the trend of waste, propose saving solutions
-In charge & lead environment improvement projects for internal and global including requirement of customers.
-Do periodic contractor audit.
-Wastewater management
-Air emission management
4.Contractor safety management
-Control, manage all contractor work inside Company including issue & approve all kind of work permit.
-Do assessment the competency and compliance of contractor.
-Coordinate with related Department to random check contractors.
5.Another task as assig from HSE Manager

1.Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environment or safety, construction.
2.At least three-year experience in similar role
3.Good analysis and reporting skills required.
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5.Strong project management skills.
6.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7.Can work under high stress
8.Know how to use simple machines, repair minor building equipment.
9.Know how to read blueprint
10.Know clearly how to manage suppliers, contractors
