Facility & HSE Manager

Facilities Management:
•Lead facility team to provide optimal support to operations in facilities management, security, M&E, project and maintenance for maintaining a safe and neat workplace.
•Responsible for the inspection to all facility associated equipment after routine maintenance.
•Manage risk identification, communication and provide mitigation recommendations.
•Identify and implement energy saving initiatives through equipment operation and execution of energy saving projects.
•Ensure vendor service team comply with safety requirements while delivering timely service in a cost-efficient manner.
•Drive to achieve departmental or facility performance goals.
•Lead and implement preventive maintenance programs, risk assessment, and facility building maintenance program.
•Maintain and enhance facility related equipment, M&E, housekeeping, fire protection system, lifts, LT/HT.
•Ensure full compliance with the company’s ISO standards & audit findings.
•Assist in managing, coaching, mentoring and developing all facilities personnel to achieve prescribed objectives.
•Any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
HSSE management:
•Provide support to Project and Operations team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
•Ensure all worksites are HSSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards, regular HSE audits in the areas of business operations.
End results
•New projects go live per agreed schedule and standards
•Ensure proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance
•Ensure HSSE compliance and No incident related to HSSE
•No security threats
