Facility Officer - Nhân Viên Phụ Trách Cơ Sở Vật Chất

The Facility Officer is responsible for assisting in the overall management and upkeep of the casino’s physical infrastructure. This role involves conducting routine inspections, overseeing facility- related administrative tasks, coordinating repair and maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Duties may include but are not limited to:

Oversee minor repairs and maintenance tasks, and assist in coordinating major repair work with external contractors.
Perform regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
Support the Maintenance & Facility Manager in managing facility operations and addressing any issues that arise.
Ensure all areas of the facility comply with health and safety regulations.
Help manage the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
Assist in coordinating with external contractors for major repair and maintenance work.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs.
Assist in the implementation of emergency response protocols for facility management.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

Good organizational and record- keeping skills.
Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
Strong attention to detail and problem- solving skills.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related role.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in facility management or a related field is a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to facility management.
Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
