Facility Supervisor / Assistant Manager Công Ty TNHH Techtronic Industries Việt Nam Manufacturing

Liaise with maintenance contractors, to maintain all functions of the building including renovation, electricity, compressor, HVAC, fire protection, lift, dock, pumping, water, waste streams, office equipment, etc.
Facility Assistant Manager will assist Facility Manager with the operation of the building and facility machines/equipment/system to meet government regulations and environmental, health, safety, and security standards.
Work with other departments to solve issues directly or indirectly related to facility systems and operations.
Participate in new facility project setup, renovation, relocation, remodeling, and related matters to meet the requirements of business.
Work with external parties (contractor, consultant, Government dept..) to get building/Fitout permit and acceptance approval.
Other tasks assigned by the Facility manager.
Review technical specifications and current regulations related to facility management, operations, and maintenance.
Manage facility preventive maintenance to ensure equipment, utilities, and facilities run optimally and minimize downtime.
Direct, mentor and manage maintenance technicians&039; activities to enhance facility department quality.

Bachelor&039;s degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering or M&E or related field.
Know about current regulations and legal requirements in facility management.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Minimum 5 years experience in facilities management in a large- scale manufacturing environment (willing for construction field)
