Factory Controller

• Assist Factory Director to prepare and forecast annual budget, capital expenditure, operating costs of and present it to the senior management for approval.
• Oversee month-end closing of accounts, identify issues, compare with year-ago results and projections.
• Develop and document internal controls, and maintain accounting systems
• Prepare and forecast annual budget, capital expenditure, operating costs and present it to the senior management for approval.
• Supervise account reconciliation, manage all commercial accounts and update journal units.
• Prepare statistical analysis of plans and financial results, and management reports
• Determine profitable opportunities for business unit and implement processes and systems to achieve higher profits.
• Coordinate with Factory Director to improve financial growth of business unit.
• Administer business development processes and provide consultation on all new accounts.

Yêu cầu công việc

• ACCA/CPA is a plus
• Demonstrates urgency, flexibility, adaptability and desire to learn, clearly defining priorities and objectives
• Previous experience as factory controller is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration with professional qualification.
• Minimum 4 years experience of which 2 years has to be in an accounting, finance or related business preferably within construction, engineering, project management, and/or manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical skills and sound business judgments
• Strong communication, influencing and collaboration skills with excellent written and spoken English
