Factory Director

- General oversight and responsibility before the Board of Directors for all activities of the Factory.- Fulfill targets regarding production output, quality, cost, pricing, and meeting orders as well as finished goods inventory.- Manage and operate subordinate departments at the factory according to company policies, regulations on margins, budgets, and operational efficiency.- Take responsibility for building a management system to ensure coordination, risk control, and achievement of common objectives throughout the entire factory and with departments at the Corporate Office.- Authorized to sign documents related to import and export.- Authorized to sign Labor Contracts, make official hiring decisions, probationary periods, adjust salaries, increase/decrease personnel, and transfer staff working at Factory of all subordinate levels to Department Heads/Deputy Department Heads.- Other tasks as assigned by the BOD.

Education: Graduated in technical, economic, or management fields.- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.- Language skills: Fluent in English- Knowledge: Proficient in manufacturing industry knowledge and experience. Skills:- An individual with clear personal goals and vision, committed to the long- term vision of the company.- A leader capable of INSPIRING others with a future- oriented leadership mindset.- Demonstrates strong Leadership and has been recognized in previous companies.- Possesses leadership, management, organizational, inspection, control, and oversight skills for all factory activities.- Disciplined and willing to remove low- performing individuals.- Focuses on planning and closely monitoring plans, evaluating the performance of departments according to the plan.- Has knowledge of production management: proficient in utilizing tools such as 4M, SMED, 5W+H, 7Qc tool, Lean and 6 sigma, Kaizen...- Has knowledge of personnel management: implementing, inspecting, and supervising work plans, personnel plans, training, evaluating the effectiveness of employees to ensure operations and cost reduction for the factory.
