FACTORY MANAGER

Policies and Procedures

Ensure smooth working conditions for worker’s safety and welfare.
Follow all relevant policies and standard operating procedures so that the work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Operational Leadership & Process

Plan and manage production resources, including raw materials, machinery, and manpower.
Responsible for on time shipments for local and international orders as per the order flow set in ERP as discussed with PPIC.
Provide strategic direction and leadership for the fiber processing operation.
Conduct regular time study and ensure to streamline production process.
Ensure production capacity is fulfilled at every shift at the targeted efficiency set by the company.
Timely submission of MIS report to management.
Track production orders, handle logistic issues, manage account and submit expense reports.
Ensure process runs smoothly in cost effective manner and at allocated target
Approve the commencement of production against a work order.
Ensure to foresee all production bottlenecks and quality problems.
Inventory analysis for Raw Material and Finished Product. Oversee fiber inventory levels to prevent shortages and excesses.
Accountable for production and timely deliveries of orders and monthly targets as per production plan.
Account for the daily output to meet the AQL standards.
Optimize resource utilization to meet production targets while controlling costs.
Oversee day- to- day manufacturing activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
Flag critical issues to HQ at the earliest in case of logistics issues, machine break down, labor shortage, etc
Monitor and ensure timely arrival of dry raw fiber (PALF) for production process.

Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
Proven experience in a managerial role within a yarn spinning or textile manufacturing environment.
In- depth knowledge of natural fiber spinning processes and machinery.
Excellent problem- solving and decision- making abilities.
