• Stock Control WIP and FG in all sections
• Planning & Achieving the daily targets

• Identifying the gaps in production and taking prompt decisions to close the gaps
• Prompt reporting to Management
• Meeting shipment dates
• High self- confidence and strong commitment
• Production Planning & Strategy – Daily, Weekly and Monthly

• Specialized knowledge: Product knowledge (Rice)
• Education: Should be a graduate
• Skills: English well, be proficient in using computers, withstand high work pressure, have
leadership, organization and management skills, have synthesis, reporting and consulting
skills.
• Abilities:
• Professional Certification
• Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
• Other characteristics such as personal characteristics
