Factory Manager ( Quản Lý Nhà Máy) - Bắc Ninh - Lương 900 - 1500$

Provide leadership and be responsible for the performance of Production, Facility, EHS, Industrial engineering, Quality and Planning functions. Cooperate with all support department managers and staff to develop a high performing team and achieve the Corporation’s expectations for the target.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

May include, but are not limited to, the following:
Encourage and develop LEAN and continuous improvement culture
Responsible for talent management to identify and develop potential leaders and successors.
Hire, train and develop staff through managers and supervisors and through direct supervision. Motivate, manage, and train the team to attain organizational objectives.
Design and implement production reports reflecting key indicators for management analysis, problem identification and corrective action.
Cooperate with management and other departments to develop budgets and operating goals. Budgets include financial, headcount, capital and facilities requirements to achieve operation objectives.
Be responsible to build operation excellence.
Enforce the rules and procedures for all responsible functions and employees.
Develop systems and operation processes to support the continuous improvement of ICSC.

Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering field or related discipline.
5+ years general management experience in related industry with proven track record in managing a multi- functional organization to achieve profit and operations goals.
Experience with a MRP/ERP system.
English or Chinese speaking will be preferred.
Experience with implementing the principles of Lean manufacturing in a similar environment.
